Non-Attendance Policy
When you book an appointment with Reflex Physiotherapy, that appointment time is reserved for you.
Cancelling or changing an appointment
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible so the appointment time can be offered to another patient.
Reflex Physiotherapy follows an 8 hour notice period for appointment cancellations and changes. Notice can be provided by contacting us directly at info@reflex.physio.
Late cancellation or non-attendance
If less than 8 hours notice is given, or if you do not attend your appointment, the full appointment fee may apply for the time that was reserved.
